Getting discovered from zeroIts For You feed and tags put new creators in front of fans who have never heard of them. That matters when you are starting without a following.
Seven platforms we would actually recommend, what each one is good at, and the catch nobody mentions on the sign-up page.
Three quick questions. We point you to one platform to start with, and one as backup.
Backup option: Fanvue. Or compare all seven.
Creating adult content is illegal in some Asian countries, including Thailand and the Philippines. Read this first.
Its For You feed and tags put new creators in front of fans who have never heard of them. That matters when you are starting without a following.
The name every fan knows, with the biggest audience. The catch: it barely helps you get found, so you bring your own traffic.
Built-in AI tools help with messages and audience insights, and you can run multiple tiers. Handy if chatting is a big part of your income.
Tiers, livestreams and a clip store together make it a solid second platform alongside your main page.
Strong on clip sales and paid messages, with free and paid tiers side by side.
A British platform with tiers, livestreams and iDEAL for Dutch fans. You keep about 79% after fees.
The biggest platform in the Netherlands, with iDEAL for fans. Payouts go by SEPA, so you need a European bank account.
Sign-up links marked with are affiliate links. If you join through them, trans.fans may earn a commission. It never changes the share you get.
A German platform. Worth adding if your audience speaks German.
An AI digital twin that chats with fans in your style. It is an extra income stream, not a main platform.
The main options we cover are OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, FanCentro, KNKY and F2F. Smaller extras include 4based, which has a German-speaking audience, and Ohchat, which is built around an AI digital twin. All of them require creators to verify their identity and be 18 or older. Each has its own page in our guide with the details that matter for trans creators.
Generally, yes: trans creators work on all the major platforms. Platforms verify your identity and age, not your gender, so being trans is not a barrier to getting approved. What differs is discovery and categorization: how tags work, whether you can label your content the way you want, and how the audience finds you. Read each platform's content rules before you upload.
Most platforms we cover pay creators 80%: OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, FanCentro and F2F. KNKY charges a 5% platform fee plus a 15% transaction fee, so you keep about 79%. The percentage matters, but the audience and tools usually matter more. See every platform in one table on our comparison page.
Fansly has the strongest built-in discovery of the big platforms, with a For You feed and tags. OnlyFans has the largest audience but almost no discovery inside the platform, so most traffic comes from X, Reddit and your own socials. Regional platforms like F2F have a smaller but more local audience. See our Fansly guide for how tags work.
Yes. Creators are generally free to run profiles on several platforms, and many do. A common setup is one big platform plus one with a different audience or payment method. Keep your pricing consistent, watch for exclusivity clauses in any promotion deal, and do not spread yourself so thin that none of your pages gets regular updates.
OnlyFans, Fansly, LoyalFans, FanCentro, KNKY and F2F all support livestreams. Fanvue does not. Streaming can work well for tips and for building a closer connection with regulars, but it also means real-time exposure, so think about your background, lighting and anything that could reveal where you live before you go live.
Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, FanCentro and KNKY let you set up multiple tiers, for example a basic tier and a premium tier with more content or attention. OnlyFans and F2F use one subscription price per profile, so extra income there comes from paid messages and tips instead.
There is no single best platform; it depends on what you need first. Fansly is best for getting discovered without a following, thanks to its For You feed and tags. OnlyFans has the biggest audience, but you bring your own fans. Fanvue has the strongest AI and messaging tools. For fans in the Netherlands, F2F and KNKY take iDEAL. The matchmaker on this page points you to one to start with, plus a backup.
Both leave creators 80% of what fans pay. Fansly is better if you are starting from zero: it has discovery inside the platform and lets you set up multiple subscription tiers. OnlyFans is better if you already have followers elsewhere, because it has the largest audience and the name fans search for. Many creators use both: Fansly to be found, OnlyFans for fans who ask for it. See our side-by-side comparison.
No. Signing up as a creator is free on every platform we cover. The platform earns by keeping a share of what fans pay: 20% on most of them, and about 21% on KNKY. What you keep per platform, with sources, is in our guide to what trans creators really earn.
That does not stop you. Platforms check your ID to confirm your identity and that you are over 18, not your gender. Fans never see your legal name or the details on your ID; they see the stage name and photos you choose. More on this in our guide to getting paid.
No. We earn affiliate commission from some platforms when you sign up through our links, but we have no deal with OnlyFans, and we still cover it because it has the biggest audience. Commission never costs you anything and never lowers your payout percentage. Our full policy is on the disclaimer page.
We feature trans creators on every major platform. Send us your page, pick how you want to be introduced, and we do the rest. Free, always.
Get featuredtrans.fans is about adult content creators. Nothing explicit is shown here, but the platforms we link to are 18+.
