trans.fans is published by Tonnaer Media B.V., Eindhoven, the Netherlands, the company behind FansDirect.nl. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tonnaer Media B.V. "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site.
By using trans.fans you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms were last updated on September 26, 2026.
What trans.fans is, and what it is not
trans.fans is a non-explicit guide in English and German for trans creators and their fans. We feature creators with links to their official pages, compare fan platforms and publish practical guides for people who want to start creating.
We do not host adult content, sell subscriptions, process payments, run user accounts or act as an agency for anyone. Everything you subscribe to, buy or post happens on third-party platforms, under their terms and not ours.
You must be 18 or older
This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use it. The pages themselves are non-explicit, but they discuss and link to platforms and creator pages that contain adult material.
When you confirm your age on our 18+ screen, you are telling us the truth about your age and confirming that viewing adult-related information is legal where you are. We do not verify ages ourselves, and the platforms we link to run their own checks.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not:
- copy or republish our texts or design in bulk without written permission;
- scrape, overload or try to break into the site or its hosting;
- use the site to harass, expose or out anyone, including the creators we feature;
- submit information about another person through our forms without their permission.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Getting featured
Creators can ask to be featured through our Get featured form. By sending the form you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are the creator (or are authorized to act for them) and that you own or have the rights to the content on the pages you link to.
Sending a request does not guarantee a profile. We decide what we publish. Being featured is free, and nobody can pay for a profile or for a nicer write-up. We do not score or rank creators.
You can ask us to correct or remove your profile at any time. We act within 48 hours and do not ask why. See Content removal and DMCA.
Affiliate links
Some links to platforms are affiliate links. If a creator signs up for a platform through one of them, the platform or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. We have no affiliate deal with OnlyFans. More about this in our disclaimer.
Third-party platforms and links
We link to platforms and creator pages we do not control. Their content, prices, availability, payouts, privacy practices and age rules are their responsibility. Once you leave trans.fans, their terms apply. We cannot help with accounts, payments or disputes on those platforms; contact their support directly.
Intellectual property
Our texts, layout and graphics belong to Tonnaer Media B.V. or are used with permission. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe those services. Creator names, photos and links belong to the creators or are used under their Creative Commons license. Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is" for general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site, by relying on its content, by temporary unavailability or by what happens on third-party sites we link to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, and nothing here takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the district of our registered office, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
You are responsible for following the laws of the country you use the site from. Adult content is restricted or illegal in some countries.
