Discovery beats follower count
Platforms with a feed, like Fansly's For You page, let new creators get subscribers without a big following elsewhere. That is changing who can start.
Good for: creators starting from zero

monthly US searches across just four trans creator terms. Fans are actively looking for trans creators by name, by platform and by "best of".

Good for: creators starting from zero
More creators run a free or cheap tier for teasers and a higher tier for everything else. Fans get a low-risk way in, and creators earn more from the fans who stay.
Good for: every creator
Tools like Fanvue's AI messaging and Ohchat's digital twins answer fans in your style. Useful for volume, but fans value knowing when they are talking to you. Be open about it.
Good for: creators with busy inboxes
Short teasers on X and Reddit remain the main way fans find a paid page. Trans creators with a clear look and a steady posting rhythm do especially well there.
Good for: OnlyFans creators
One main platform plus one backup. It spreads risk if a platform changes its rules, and reaches fans who refuse to make another account.
Good for: creators past month three
Some platforms only pay out to certain countries, and some countries criminalize adult content. Check both before you invest time in a page.
Good for: creators outside the US and EU
According to Ahrefs estimates for the US in September 2026, "trans onlyfans" gets about 7,600 searches a month, "ts onlyfans" about 2,700 and "best trans onlyfans" about 1,000. The broader term "ladyboy" gets about 13,000. These are estimates, not exact counts, but they show steady demand from fans looking for trans creators. Find some of them in our best trans creators list.
"Ladyboy" is a term closely associated with Thailand, and many Thai trans women use it for themselves. Its search volume reflects both that and its long history as a porn category. We use it only when discussing search terms. Because adult content carries legal risk in Thailand, we do not recruit creators there. See our Southeast Asia guide.
They show there is a steady audience actively looking for trans creators. But most of those searches land on lists and aggregators, not directly on creator profiles, so being findable by name, tag and platform matters. Use accurate words in your bio and tags, and get featured on sites fans already visit.
Platforms with discovery feeds, like Fansly's For You feed, show creators to fans who did not search for them. That lowers the barrier for new creators without a social following. OnlyFans still has almost no discovery, so there, promotion on X, Reddit and elsewhere remains essential. Many creators now combine both approaches.
Most of the platforms we cover now offer multiple tiers: Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, FanCentro and KNKY. OnlyFans and F2F still use one price per profile. Tiers let creators earn from both casual fans and dedicated supporters. Compare the options on our platform comparison page.
AI tools can help with drafting messages and analyzing what sells, as on Fanvue, and some platforms, like Ohchat, go further with an AI digital twin. They can save time, but fans who pay for a personal connection may feel misled if they find out. Check the platform's current terms on AI use and be open with your fans.
It means running your fan business on two platforms at once, usually one with a big audience and one that adds something missing, like discovery, tiers or iDEAL for Dutch fans. A common pairing is OnlyFans plus Fansly. It spreads risk if one platform changes its rules, but it also doubles the upkeep, so only do it once your first page runs smoothly.
Our search volumes come from Ahrefs, a keyword research tool, for US monthly searches as measured in September 2026. These are modeled estimates, not exact counts from Google, and they change over time. We use them to show broad trends in what fans search for, not as precise figures.
We feature trans creators on every major platform. Send us your page, pick how you want to be introduced, and we do the rest. Free, always.
